THE SHEMITAH
By Larry White
October 13, 2015Why would the International Jews resurrect the Shemitah after 2000 years of non-observance in its original form? For profit of course. It sounds Kabalistic. There is nothing mystical about it. The only reason that something happens on or near the Shemitah is because the Jewish money controllers make it happen. If you listen to Jonathan Cahn you can hear him act like it is a force of its own or that God is making it happen. Not so. It's just another date on their calendar for the International Jews to fleece the sheep again and gain more power and control. Though, since Jeff Berwick has spread the "news" about what they have done in the past during this event, it looks like they have moved back into the shadows and didn't execute their sinister plan of crashing the economy as he expected, yet. God has nothing to do with it or with their ancient law - anymore. They do not follow The Law of Moses anyway - they haven't since the days of Joshua.
Cahn seems to be a Zionist. All his teaching is rhetoric and misrepresentation of what the Bible says. The Shemitah and Year of Jubilee was just a date on the Jewish calendar in ancient Israel during the economy of Moses - from approximately the 14th to the 1st century BC, i.e. Before Christ. It has nothing to do with the United States or with any land or nation existing today. It was only given to the ancient Jews by God in their law, which law ended when Jesus nailed it to his cross. Shemitah meant "release," the KJV translates it Jubilee, and the Jews were to release slaves from their bondage, and release or forgive debts, all of them, and they were to give a rest to their farm land and not plant that year, plus all the land bought and sold in ancient Israel was to return back to the original owners according to their lot given to them by Joshua.
The "rabbi" Cahn and his peeps have turned it into a sinister, evil time of retribution and foreclosure on all the debt, instead of a release. Typical Jewish turning of good into evil. And it has nothing to do with the United States or what God thinks of us. The main "desecration", as he says, that is really happening is rather his applying the Old Testament prophesies to the United States or any other modern nation, (same goes for John Hagee).
Why would Cahn want to warn the ignorant and naive people in the US about Shemitah? I really doubt that he cares much about your finances - like Jeff Berwick does. If you listen to his sermons, it is all about glorifying physical Israel - Yeah, those bloody murderers over in Palestine today. It is obvious that he wants naive believers in the fundamentalist denominations to line up in support of physical Israel controlling the world. He is a Zionist and he thinks that fleshly Israel are God's chosen people, when they never were.
It is believers who have faith in God that are his elect - "his servants" (Isa.65). After the Messiah came, it is still all who have faith in God; it is all who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ that are the chosen or elect of God whether Jew or Gentile. (Rom. 9-11). Sure "all Israel will be saved" - all who believed in Jesus. It's not about your lineage or your DNA blood type. Check out the phrase, "that no flesh should glory in His presence." Do you really think that in this spiritual Age of Christ and his spiritual kingdom, that God cares the least bit about your lineage or who you claim that you are as a human in the flesh? Cahn wants to take the glory that is in Christ Jesus and apply it to physical Israel. He glories in the flesh. The true seed of Israel is in Christ; (Gal. 3:16) the glory is in the new spiritual creation, (2Cor. 3).
Two thousand years ago God created a New nation. There is a New Israel, "the Israel of God" (Gal. 6:16). They are the nation of Christians, (1Pet.2:9). It is not we who should be joining them or allowing their carnal delusions into the doctrine of Christ, but they should be joining our nation by faith and baptism in Jesus' name. True children of God are born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God. (John 1:12-13). God calls His people to come out of her in Rev. 18:4, that is, leave physical Israel before He destroys her in the judgment of A.D. 70. (See Rev. 18:24; Mt.23:35-37; 27:24-25). Those who are Christ's today cannot go back and participate in her sins, because physical Israel no longer exists as God's nation.
"Old things have passed away, behold all things have become New." (2 Cor. 5:17; Rev. 21:5)
